What devices can I clip MOON to?

The MOON UltraLight2 accommodates devices with a thickness of 6mm to 10mm, which includes most smartphones (with cases), tablets, and laptops. The clip is also adjustable to fit thinner or thicker devices.

Can I adjust the color tone on MOON?

Yes, the MOON can be adjusted from a 2700K Tungsten color tone (warm) to a 5000K Daylight color tone (cool).

How bright does MOON get?

The MOON UltraLight2 is incredibly bright, boasting 400 lumens.

How long will my MOON last on a full charge?

Once fully charged, your MOON UltraLight2 will last 2-3 days with intermittent usage. However, if used continuously or in Video Mode, it will last 2-3 hours.

Whats the difference between the UltraLight and UltraLight 2

Can I get a gift receipt or wrapping?

Unfortunately, we do not offer gift receipts or gift wrapping at this time. We're working on adding these options soon!

How do I place an order?

Simply add the items that you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to checkout. Unfortunately, we can’t take phone or email orders at this time.

How do I find my order status?

Once you place your order, you'll receive an email with a link to track your shipment and check your order status.

How do I cancel my order?
  1. If your order has not yet shipped and you wish to cancel it, please fill out our contact form, including the word "cancel" and your order number in the message.
  2. We will respond to cancellation requests during our business hours: Monday through Friday, 9 am - 5 pm CST.
  3. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to cancel or make changes.
  4. Please double-check all information before confirming your order, as we cannot guarantee cancellation or edits after placing it, even if the status shows "Unfulfilled" or "Pending Fulfillment.

How can I change my order?
  • After an order has been placed, you will not be able to edit it.
  • If you mistakenly placed an order, please contact us as soon as possible with the details for the correct item(s).
  • Include "update" and your order number in the subject line of your email.
  • Our team may be able to assist in updating your order; however, please note that orders usually ship the same day.
  • Once an order is placed, there is no guarantee that we will be able to update it before it ships.

    How do I exchange or return my purchase?

    30-Day Risk-Free Trial and Money-Back Guarantee

    You have 30 calendar days from the date of your original purchase to return a MOON UltraLight product under our 30-Day Risk-Free Trial. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact MOON through our website's Contact Page to obtain a Return Authorization (RMA) number within this 30-day period.

    Once you've received an RMA number, you are responsible for shipping the product back to MOON at the address we will provide to you via email.

    After we receive the product, a refund will be processed. Please note that MOON will not issue refunds for returns without an RMA number or for those sent back after the 30-day trial period has expired. Be sure to keep all receipts and delivery confirmations for your records.

    Refunds may take up to two billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement.

    For returns due to defects in manufacturing or workmanship, please refer to the MOON Warranty policy.

    How can I change my shipping address?

    If your order hasn't shipped yet, please contact us with your order number, full name, and new address. Keep in mind, orders usually ship the same day, and once processed, we cannot make any changes. Be sure to double-check all details before confirming your order. Even if your order hasn't shipped, it may still be too late to update it. Once shipped, we're unable to change the delivery address or cancel the order. You will need to wait for the shipment to arrive and be returned to the sender.
