I. MOON Ultra, Inc. Limited Warranty

MOON Ultra, Inc. ("MOON") warrants that each new MOON UltraLight (the "Device") will be free from manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase when used under normal conditions and maintained according to the requirements outlined in the Instruction Manual provided with the Device. This Limited Warranty is subject to the conditions and exclusions outlined in Section II below. This warranty applies only to the original buyer of the Device in the United States or Canada. Proof of Purchase is required to claim warranty coverage.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the defect is confirmed by MOON, in which case MOON may provide a prepaid return label. The buyer's sole remedy for a defect in manufacturing will be the repair, exchange, or replacement of the Device, at MOON's discretion. If a replacement is necessary, MOON reserves the right to replace the Device with one of equal or greater value. MOON will cover the shipping cost for returning a repaired, exchanged, or replacement Device to the buyer.

If a replacement Device is issued, the warranty will continue for six months from the receipt date of the replacement or for the remainder of the original warranty period, whichever is longer.

II. Warranty Exclusions and Policies

This Limited Warranty does not cover defects or failures caused by:

• Normal wear and tear
• Accidents
• Misuse (including failure to follow the Instruction Manual)
• Neglect
• Disassembly
• Alterations
• Servicing by unauthorized technicians
• External causes such as water damage, sharp object damage, excessive force, electrical anomalies, or environmental conditions
• Other circumstances beyond MOON's control

Additional exclusions include:

• Labor charges or other damages due to improper functioning of the Device
• Uninterrupted or error-free use of the Device
• Parts not used as outlined in the Instruction Manual or non-MOON parts
• Damage caused by mishandling during transit

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MOON disclaims all liability for special, incidental, and consequential damages (including lost profits) arising from the sale or use of the Device.Some states do not allow limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.

III. Warranty Registration

To claim warranty service, contact MOON through the Help Center at https://www.moonultra.com/help-center/welcome to obtain a Return Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA, ship the product prepaid, with proof of original purchase, to the address provided.

V. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

This warranty replaces all other warranties, express or implied. Any implied warranty not effectively disclaimed will be limited to ninety (90) days. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you.

You are solely responsible for any damage or liability arising from the use of the product, except damage or liability resulting from MOON's negligence or a defect in the product. MOON's maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

In no event shall MOON or its affiliates, suppliers, or vendors be liable for special, incidental, direct, indirect, or consequential damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.
